About the class

Taking inspiration from movement methods such as release technique, Qi-Gong and Gaga, the class proposes a journey from soft improvisation in a flow to dynamic diverse movement. The practice starts from the soft engaging all body parts, increasing the sensitivity, range of movement, meeting different textures and continues to the playful exercises to develop the ability to listen to the body and to be ready to move. The class consists of choreographed sequences and technical elements. For Kids 9-12 y.o. - 18.00-19.00
