A few years ago, some of our students wanted to take part in a music exam — like the one offered in public music schools.
🎵 But we learned that private schools aren’t allowed to participate.We wrote to cultural departments, the Swiss Music Schools Association, and schools in Zug, Zurich, Lucerne, Bern...📩 The answer was always the same:👉 "Only officially recognized schools can offer these exams."
We couldn’t accept that.We wanted our students to have equal opportunities — to take exams and prove their progress.
That’s where our path began.
🚫 We were told:
"There is no recognition for private music schools in Switzerland. "A closed circle. No recognition — no testing. No testing — no recognition.
🎯 But we chose not to give up.Our first step: study the official regulations for recognized schools.That’s how our story started.
