Biography

Polina Kulykova is a Ukrainian mezzo-soprano and vocal pedagogue specialising in classical and contemporary voice. She studied at the Dnipro Conservatory and the M. Glinka Music Academy, then continued her education in Switzerland at Bern University of the Arts (Master of Specialized Music Performance, Opera) and Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts – School of Music (Master in Music Pedagogy, Vocal Pedagogy). Her training also included early music education, music and movement, and teaching methodology.

As a soloist, she has appeared at Lucerne Theater, TOBS Opera Biel/Solothurn, Neues Theater Dornach and Theater Mainz, as well as in concerts in Switzerland and Germany.

Teaching

Polina has taught children, teenagers and adults since 2019. Her lessons combine solid vocal technique, musicianship and stage experience. She prepares students for concerts and competitions and also teaches music theory.
