Mariia Pliskina – Violin, Piano, Early Music Education
Mariia Pliskina is a highly qualified musician and educator with a classical background from Saint Petersburg and a Master’s degree in Music Pedagogy from the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK). A laureate of numerous international competitions, she regularly performs as a soloist and chamber musician in Switzerland and abroad.

Her greatest strength lies in teaching young children. Mariia is well-versed in modern early music education techniques and has developed her own unique teaching methods for children as young as three. Her lessons are emotionally engaging, play-based, and rooted in strong musical foundations. Thanks to her patience, sensitivity, and creativity, children quickly feel at ease, enjoy their lessons, and make impressive progress.

In addition to early education, Mariia teaches piano and chamber music, and works successfully with students of all ages and levels, including those preparing for performances and competitions.
